Abstract:
The present invention relates to a poly(sodium phosphate) supported catalyst having improved activity and to a method wherein methyl ethyl ketone and 1,3-butadiene are produced from 2,3-butanediol by using same, and more specifically relates to a poly(sodium phosphate) supported catalyst wherein a compound having a polyphosphate structure produced by means of a condensation reaction of a sodium phosphate precursor is supported on the inside of a catalyst carrier, and to a method wherein methyl ethyl ketone and 1,3-butadiene are produced in high yield from 2,3-butanediol by using same and wherein the selectivity for 1,3-butadiene can be increased.
