Abstract:
Disclosed are a polystyrene material for a light diffusion plate and a preparation method therefor, wherein the polystyrene material for a light diffusion plate is composed of a styrene monomer, a mineral oil, a lubricant, a mold release agent, an antioxidant and an antioxidant adjuvant, and each component in weight percent is as follows: 98 wt％ - 99.8 wt％ of the styrene monomer, 0 - 0.5 wt％ of the mineral oil, 0 - 0.1 wt％ of the lubricant, 0 - 0.1 wt％ of the mold release agent, 0.05 wt％ - 0.3 wt％ of the antioxidant, and 0.05 wt％ - 0.2 wt％ of the antioxidant adjuvant. The polystyrene material for a light diffusion plate is prepared by means of step S1, the formulation of materials; step S2, the initial prepolymerization of materials; step S3, the multi-step polymerization of materials; step S4, the vacuum devolatilization of materials; and step S5, finished product granulating. Disclosed are a polystyrene material for a light diffusion plate and a preparation method therefor. The polystyrene material has the properties of high light transmission, oxidation resistance and yellowing resistance, and the preparation method is simple. By means of a polymerization reaction, styrene monomers are polymerized to form cross-linked styrene, thereby improving the toughness of the material and resulting in a high material conversion rate.
