Title:
POLYSULFONE RESIN POLYMER MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/031531
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed are a polysulfone resin polymer material and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps, wherein 4,4'-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone, potassium carbonate and a polymer monomer are used as raw materials, dimethylacetamide is used as an organic solvent, and toluene is used as a moisture scavenger: mixing 4,4'-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone, potassium carbonate, the polymer monomer, dimethylacetamide and toluene, and subjecting same to a polymerization reaction to obtain a polymer solution; and cooling the polymer solution to room temperature, then sedimenting same in deionized water, washing same at 80ºC 5 times, and drying same to obtain a powdery polysulfone product, wherein the cyclic dimer content of the powdery polysulfone product is less than or equal to 0.03 wt%. The present invention solves the problem of a high cyclic dimer content in the production process of a polysulfone resin in the prior art, improves the quality of polysulfone resin products, and alleviates production problems caused by a high residual amount of cyclic dimer in downstream products of the polysulfone resin.
