Abstract:

Disclosed is a polytriarylamine, when the polytriarylamine is used as a semiconductor binder for an organic thin film transistor, the semiconductor binder polymer is high-κ binder polymer, and when the polytriarylamine is used in combination with a semiconductor material, a high mobility OTFT device with a contact resistance (width normalization) as low as 90 Ohm. cm can be obtained; in addition, it is also guaranteed that when OTFT changes significantly from long channel to short channel, the mobility of the device will only decrease slightly, thus improving the performance of the circuit and other devices.
