Abstract:
Disclosed is a polyurethane-acrylic ester water repellent prepared by using double bonds in side chains, belonging to the technical field of environmental-friendly polymers. In the present invention, a bis-hydroxyl small molecule chain extender having a carbon chain structure and containing carbon-carbon double bonds is used to introduce the carbon-carbon double bonds to side chains of polyurethane to adjust the number of double bonds on the waterborne polyurethane segment that participate in a free radical polymerization with acrylate monomer, such that a branched structure is produced, thereby improving the compatibility of polyurethane and acrylate. By means of combining an oxime-terminated structure and fabric, the fabric's fastness is increased. The polyurethane-acrylic ester water repellent prepared by the invention is non-toxic and low in VOCs. After finishing, the physical and chemical properties of the fabric are significantly improved and the fabric has excellent application prospects.
