Abstract:
A polyurethane composite material container having a changeable shape, comprising a charging inlet, a container wall and a discharging outlet. The charging inlet is located at the top of the container, the discharging outlet is located at the bottom of the container, and a valve is arranged on the discharging outlet. The container wall is made of composite materials in which polyurethane and reinforced fiber cloth are interleaved, n layers of the reinforced fiber cloth being provided, n+1 layers of the polyurethane being provided, and n=1-3. A polyurethane composite material container can be repeatedly used, and the situation is avoided that a large amount of solid waste is generated since containers are continuously scrapped, thereby reducing the disposing cost, and achieving remarkable environmental protection benefit. Meanwhile, when liquid products are not contained, the rubber elastomer container can be compressed and changed in shape, so that the size is greatly reduced, thereby facilitating transportation. Therefore, when vacant rubber elastomer containers are returned and transported, the number of empty buckets loaded on a transport vehicle is greatly increased, which is more than 4 times greater than that of metal buckets, thereby greatly reducing the transportation cost.
