Abstract:

Provided are a polyurethane high-molecular polymer hydrogel, a preparation method therefor, and an application. The polyurethane high-molecular polymer hydrogel comprises a polyurethane high-molecular polymer and a swelling solvent. Not only does the hydrogel have better biocompatibility and lower toxicity, but after subsequent swelling in water to form the hydrogel, properties such as needle penetration, gelling temperature, 37°C elastic modulus, kinematic viscosity, density, surface tension, light transmittance and refractive index are all more suitable for a vitreous body, and therefore the hydrogel has better replaceability and usage effects when used as a vitreous body substitute.
