Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a polyurethane high-molecular polymer and a preparation method therefor, a polyurethane high-molecular polymer hydrogel, a kit, and the use thereof. The polyurethane high-molecular polymer is obtained by polymerizing prepolymerized polyethylene glycol, prepolymerized polypropylene glycol, prepolymerized polycaprolactone and a conjugating agent, wherein the conjugating agent has a structure as shown in formula (I). In the present invention, the polymer has a better biocompatibility and a lower toxicity; and when the polymer is subsequently prepared into a hydrogel for use, the characteristics of the syringeability, the gelation temperature, the modulus of elasticity at 37°C, the kinematic viscosity, the density, the surface tension, the light transmittance, the diopter, etc., of the hydrogel are all closer to those of a vitreous body. Therefore, when used as a vitreous substitute, the hydrogel has a higher substituting performance and better use effects.
