Abstract:
A water-foaming polyurethane resin composition having high thermal insulation and high productivity. A polyurethane resin composition obtained from a mixture comprising a polyether compound, an isocyanate compound, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, an antioxidant, and a reaction catalyst; the polyether compound contains, in 100 parts by weight, 40-50 parts by weight of a first polyether compound having an OH value of 340-360 that is obtained by adding ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to m-toluenediamine, 30-50 parts by weight of a second polyether compound having an OH value of 380-420 that is obtained by adding propylene oxide to m-toluenediamine, and 10-20 parts by weight of a third polyether compound having an OH value of 730-750 that is obtained by adding ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to ethylenediamine; the foaming agent is 5-6 parts by weight of water relative to 100 parts by weight of the polyether compound; the foam stabilizer comprises: a high molecular weight siloxane, which is a polyalkylene oxide methylsiloxane copolymer having a terminal alkoxy group; and low molecular weight siloxanes, which are a hexamethyldisiloxane and a octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane.
