Abstract:
Provided are a polyvinylpyrrolidone-modified ferric oxide magnetic cluster, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, which belong to the technical field of materials. In the preparation method, oil-soluble iron trioxide magnetic particles are directly subjected to rotary evaporation to remove an organic solvent, followed by ultrasonic dispersion to prepare a magnetic particle cluster in one step. The preparation method is simple and convenient, and is easy to operate, the operation steps of forming a magnetic cluster in the prior art can be effectively reduced, few reagents are introduced, and the clinical transformation of the magnetic cluster is facilitated. The prepared polyvinylpyrrolidone-modified ferric oxide magnetic cluster has a homogeneous particle size and is uniformly dispersed, small-particle-size particles with a T1 imaging capacity can be converted into clusters with a strong T2 imaging capacity, and the T2 relaxation rate of the particles can be effectively increased. The cluster can be used in magnetic separation or magnetic targeting techniques, can be used as a biological material, and is wide in terms of application scope.
