Abstract:
A pontoon, comprising a pontoon body (1) having a sealed inner space. The pontoon body has an upper surface (11) facing the sky, a lower surface (12) opposite to the upper surface and immersed in water, and an outer rim surface (13) connecting the outer periphery of the upper surface and the outer periphery of the lower surface; the lower surface is a flat plane, and a functional structure of the pontoon is provided on the upper surface. Pontoons can be assembled together to form a floating island of which the entire lower surface is flat, and when the floating island is applied to a marine scenario, marine organisms attached to the bottom of the floating island can be easily cleaned up, thereby facilitating regular operation and maintenance, effectively reducing the extra marine organism load due to marine organisms, and improving the performance and safety of the floating island; moreover, the overall size and cost of the pontoons can also be reduced, and important engineering benefits and economic benefits are thus achieved.
