Description:
A PORCELAIN PRODUCTION METHOD

Technical Field

The invention relates to a porcelain production method.

In particular, the invention relates to porcelain production method which allows the formation of natural forms of granite and natural stone appearance using granules of more than one size and color.

Background of the Invention

The production of hard products through the processes of shaping, glazing and firing of inorganic materials. Porcelains are known as a type of ceramics.

Porcelain is divided into hard and soft porcelain. Soft porcelains are white or ivory colored, transparent glazed and fine porcelain.

Porcelains are known as structures that are frequently used in the production of kitchens, tableware and ornaments.

The glazing technique used in the production of said porcelain kitchens, tableware and ornaments is a surface coating method to ensure water / air impermeability in porous ceramic products (pot, pot). By this method, it is provided to reach the more beautiful and elegant appearance of the mentioned porcelains.

However, the mentioned methods are both more complicated and more costly.

It also allows the use of a single granule in the existing porcelain production methods and allows the development of the form with this granule. In the literature, the patent application publication number TR 2004 00497 relates to the subject matter: “The invention relates to the production of high-temperature colored and bright porcelain and the method for the production thereof. It is prepared by shaping with a masse recipe (a kind of porcelain which is commonly known) that develops at 1370 degrees C and is dried and then put into the oven without glazing. Reactive red glaze is applied to the product which has zero water absorption from the furnace by spraying method. Using the spray glazing method, the reagent is applied to the red product and the product is glazed”.

In the said application, the method of manufacturing colored and bright porcelains with glaze application is disclosed.

In the literature, in the patent application publication TR 2015 02973, the invention relates to the subject matter, “The invention is based on a ceramic paper comprising a pattern paper made of paper or foil for forming the pattern on said product and a sandblasting process by spraying sand particles by pressure to open the pattern on the product ceramic or porcelain products made of terracotta. ”

In said application, a ceramic manufacturing method comprising blasting and blasting is disclosed.

In the literature, in the patent application no. 2017 04822, the present invention relates to the subject matter: “The invention relates to methods and principles of tableware production by combining formulations formed to combine the most preferred properties of hard and soft porcelain with the appropriate oven regime. One of the most preferred properties defined for both products within the classification made in the literature as hard and soft porcelain, the soft and porcelain cream color and hardness porcelain were prepared according to the masse and glaze recipe porcelain production processes developed in order to obtain a porcelain class product having the impact resistance value and glaze strength. . Thanks to this product, a product has been developed which contains the mechanical and chemical properties of hard porcelain such as resistance to acids and bases and surface hardness being hygienic and easy to clean, and its impact and particle breaking strength is at least as hard as porcelain.” In the said application, an alumina porcelain production is disclosed which is prepared according to the glaze recipe porcelain production processes.

For the reasons mentioned above, there was a need to provide a new porcelain production method.

Disclosure of the Invention

From this position of the art, the object of the invention is to provide a new method of producing porcelain which eliminates the present disadvantages.

It is a further object of the invention to provide a structure which gives the product produced by the standard methods a new feature which is extraordinary and has limited imitability.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure in which natural designs are realized which exceed the customer expectations by using different colors and granule sizes at different percentages.

Another object of the invention is to provide a method which enables the natural forms of granite and natural stone appearance to be presented to the market.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure in which the form is gained identity during pressing by forming the product frame with different granules and thereby simplifying applications such as printing, glazing and digital coating.

Another object of the invention is to provide a structure which helps to simplify production efficiency and application systematics.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the novelty of the invention is illustrated only by examples which will have no limiting effect on a better understanding of the subject. The invention is a porcelain production method which enables the formation of natural forms with granite and natural stone appearance by using granules of multiple sizes and colors characterized in that, comprises the method steps that; determination of color mixing ratio of new product to be produced in porcelain production, coloring the porcelain sludge with the appropriate pigment and prescription ratio, spraying and granulating the colored sludge, transferring more than one colored sludge granulated into separate silos, dosing the granules in the color silos to the mixing silo and pressing the granules of different colors and sizes mixed in the mixing silo by feeding to the press.

After determining the color mixing ratio of the new product to be produced in porcelain production according to the invention; porcelain sludge is colored with the appropriate pigment and prescription ratio and colored porcelain sludge is revealed. When the sludge of the desired color is obtained, said colored sludge is sprayed.

The granular size distribution of colored sludges sprayed within the desired spectra is granulated and transferred to separate silos.

The mixing ratio of the granules in said color silos is defined in the system and in the percentages of the prescription given, the granule is dosed from the system into the mixing silo.

The granules of different color and size mixed into the said mixing silo are fed into the press and pressed into the desired form and shaped.

In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the granules of different colors and sizes are 2 or more.
