Abstract:
This porous body has a three-dimensional network structure in which a skeleton is continuously integrated, wherein the skeleton is provided with: an outer shell; and a core part which includes one or both of a hollow and a conductive material, and the ratio of the mass of the cobalt to the total mass of the nickel and the cobalt is 0.2-0.4 or 0.6-0.8.
