Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a porous body including bacterial cellulose and a polymer, and a method of manufacturing the same. Provided is a method of manufacturing a porous body including bacterial cellulose and a polymer, the method comprising: a step of preparing a first mixture by adding a first solvent to a bacterial cellulose hydrogel; a step of preparing a second mixture by adding a polymer to the first mixture, heating, and dissolving the polymer in a mixed solution of the first solvent and water; a step of producing a precipitated formed body by cooling the second mixture; and a step of immersing the formed body in a second solvent so as to replace the first solvent and the water included in the formed body with the second solvent and produce a porous body including bacterial cellulose and the polymer. The polymer is capable of forming a porous body by way of phase separation, and the first solvent is miscible with water.
