Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cell support comprising plant protein, and cultured meat prepared using same. The cell support is made of plant protein so that the cell support can be ingested together with cultured muscle or fat tissues without being separated therefrom, and cultured meat having a desirable texture can be prepared by controlling the ratio of muscle cells and fat cells, and various types of cells can be attached, proliferated, and differentiated in the cell support, and thus the present invention can be effectively used in the mass-production of cultured meat.
