Abstract:
Provided is a porous medium burner with an stacked bed structure. The burner comprises a gas inlet pipe (7) and a gradient-type cylinder (1) connected with the gas inlet pipe (7), the upper end of the gradient-type cylinder (1) is connected with an inner cylinder (3), the outer layer of the inner cylinder (3) is wrapped by a thermal insulation layer (2), a perforated plate (6) is filled at the lower region of the inner cylinder (3), a shaped porous medium (5) is provided above the perforated plate (6), and an stacked bed medium (4) is provided above or in the middle of the shaped porous medium (5). The burner is suitable for positioning various shapes of heat exchange tubes, is operationally convenient, has a high combustion efficiency, can effectively prevent flames from backdraft, and improves the equipment safety.
