A particle separation device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a porous membrane; a first space part configured to accommodate a liquid sample and formed on one side of the porous membrane; a second space part configured to accommodate the liquid sample and formed on the other side of the porous membrane; and a first pressure applying part for applying a first force to move the liquid sample from the first space part to the second space part or from the second space part to the first space part.
