Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a porous structure-embedded diluted urea solution spray apparatus capable of precise concentration control; a selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) reactor which has installed therein the porous structure-embedded diluted urea solution spray apparatus capable of precise concentration control, and in which NOx reduction reactions occur simultaneously by urea dissociation reactions of the urea solution sprayed from the spray apparatus, and a SNCR method; a vaporizer which has installed therein the porous structure-embedded diluted urea solution spray apparatus capable of precise concentration control, and in which urea dissociation reactions of the urea solution sprayed from the spray apparatus occur, forming ammonia; a nitrogen oxide (NOx) abatement system which comprises the porous structure-embedded diluted urea solution spray apparatus capable of precise concentration control; and a method of treating NOx-containing combustion gas in the NOx abatement system, by conducting the urea dissociation reactions of the urea solution sprayed from the spray apparatus, and conducting NOx reduction reactions of the NOx-containing combustion gas by using ammonia generated by the urea dissociation reactions of the urea solution.
