Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of port management, and discloses a port management method, system and device, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: writing, by means of a BIOS, to an SMBIOS, permissions corresponding to N USB ports; when a USB port into which a USB device is inserted is present under an OS, querying, by means of the OS, from the SMBIOS, a permission corresponding to the USB port into which the USB device is inserted; and setting driving parameters of the USB device according to the permission corresponding to the USB port into which the USB device is inserted. Because the permissions of the USB ports are all written into the SMBIOS by means of the BIOS, and the setting of the permissions of the USB ports is implemented from an underlying layer, higher permission security is achieved compared with managing the permissions of the USB ports by using third-party software under the OS in the prior art, the situation that the USB ports cannot be managed due to the offloading of the third-party software is avoided, the stability and security of USB port management are improved without requiring additional hardware, and costs are saved.
