Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of air compressors, and provides a portable air compressor, for solving the technical problems that an existing air compressor is low in space utilization rate, inconvenient to store and transport and the like. The portable air compressor comprises an air storage tank, a driving motor, an air cylinder assembly, and a housing having an accommodating cavity; a mounting plate is mounted at the bottom of the accommodating cavity; the driving motor and the air cylinder assembly are mounted on the front portion of the mounting plate; the lower end of the air storage tank is fixedly connected to the rear portion of the mounting plate; a battery compartment used for placing a battery pack is provided above the air storage tank; and a handle is provided at the upper end of the housing. According to the present invention, a fully-wrapped housing is used and the outer side surface is more regular, and thus, the present invention is convenient to transport and store; and the battery compartment is provided above the air storage tank, thereby reasonably utilizing the space above the air storage tank, being further capable of increasing a distance between the battery compartment and the compressor, avoiding the normal work of a battery in the battery compartment from being influenced by heat generated when the compressor works, and being beneficial for improving the stability.
