Abstract:
A portable ATM system contains a controlling center (1), one or a plurality of
ATMs (2), the communication network (3), a plurality of smart cards (4), a plurality
of business cards (5), the account center of card-receiving bank (6) and the account
center of card-issuing bank (7). Every smart card is corresponding with a smart-card
account. A card of the merchant is inserted in the ATM, which is set in the store.
Every card of the merchants is corresponding with a business-card account. To
withdraw cash by means of the portable ATMs system, the cardholder transfers
the money of his smart-card account to the business-card account corresponding
with the card of the merchant, then the store take the equivalent cash to the cardholder.
