Disclosed in the present invention is a portable atomizing spraying device, comprising a handheld rod, a spray head, an air intake pipe and a liquid intake pipe, wherein the handheld rod is fixedly connected to the center of a side surface of the spray head; a group of fine air holes are provided at the upper left corner of the spray head; the air intake pipe is hermetically connected to the positions of the fine air holes of the spray head; a group of fine liquid holes are provided at the lower left corner of the spray head; a fan is arranged inside the spray head; the direction of rotation of the fan is parallel to a liquid intake direction of the handheld rod; a lifting structure is fixedly arranged on an inner side wall of the front section of the handheld rod; one end of the liquid intake pipe is embedded in the rear section of the handheld rod, and the other end of the liquid intake pipe is arranged in a disinfectant tank; and compressed air is simultaneously input in parallel through the handheld rod and the air intake pipe. The device can reduce the burden on an arm of a user and improve the atomization effect.
