Claims:
CLAIMS A portable concrete plant (1) with compact and easily portable structure; comprising

- at least one conveyor (2) whereby the aggregate received from at least one bunker (B) is carried;

- at least one scale group (3) which has a plurality of weighing elements for weighing the concrete content such as water, cement and additives separately;

- at least one mixer (4) whereby the aggregate carried with the conveyor (2) is conveyed; which is located at the bottom of the scale group (3); wherein the weighed concrete content is mixed, and the concrete is created;

- at least one platform (5) which surrounds at least one of the scale group (3) and the mixer (4), and has a detachable structure;

- at least one stairs which is used for ascending to the platform (5), and has a detachable structure; characterized by

- at least one chassis (7) which has middle and rear stands (8) with a folding structure on its surface facing the ground; whereon at least one front leg (8) with a detachable structure is located; on which the conveyor (2), the scale group (3) and the mixer (4) are located together; and which is used for carrying purposes. A portable concrete plant (1) according to Claim 1; characterized by at least one conveyor stand (9) which is located on the other end of the conveyor (2) and contacts with the ground when the one end of the conveyor (2) is connected with the mixer (4) on the carrier chassis (7). A portable concrete plant (1) according to Claim 1 or 2; characterized by the conveyor stand (9) which is connected to the conveyor (2) by means of a detachable or foldable structure.

4. A portable concrete plant (1) according to Claim 2 or 3; characterized by the conveyor (2) which has the mixer (4) at one end thereof and the conveyor stand (9) at the other end thereof.

5. A portable concrete plant (1) according to one of the preceding claims; characterized by the conveyor (2) which extends outwards from the chassis (7) and wherein the extending part thereof is fixed with the conveyor stand (9).

6. A portable concrete plant (1) according to Claim 5; characterized by the conveyor (2) wherein the part extending outwards from the chassis (7) is connected to the frame (7) by means of a joint configuration.

7. A portable concrete plant (1) according to one of the preceding claims; characterized by the scale group (3) which comprises three separate weighing elements whereby preferably the water, cement and additives to be mixed in the mixer (4) are weighed.

8. A portable concrete plant (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by the mixer (4) which mixes the aggregate conveyed by the conveyor (2) and the concrete content conveyed from the scale group (4), prepares the concrete and comprises a discharge outlet for pouring the prepared concrete.

9. A portable concrete plant (1) according to one of the preceding claims; characterized by the platform (5) which surrounds both the scale group (3) and the mixer (4).

10. A portable concrete plant (1) according to one of the preceding claims; characterized by the stairs (6) which is used for reaching the platform (5) surrounding the mixer (4).

Description:
A PORTABLE CONCRETE PLANT WITH COMPACT STRUCTURE

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a portable (mobile) concrete plant with compact structure whereby an easily portable structure is obtained by integrating the carrier chassis of the mixer and the conveyor stands of the conveyor used for transfer purposes on a single chassis.

Background of the Invention

Concrete plants are facilities wherein the concrete is prepared by mixing sand, gravel and crushed stones with water, cement and various additives and the prepared concrete is filled into vehicles such as truck mixer (transit-mixer). Concrete plants can be used in a stationary way and sometimes they can also be used in a portable way due to the growth of construction projects, the increasing need for concrete in projects, and the requirement for completing the projects in a short time. Currently-used portable concrete plants have long disassembly times in the factory and long on-site installation times. Apart from this, it is required to disassemble too many parts so as to be transported in containers and the high number of disassembled parts causes the on-site installation times to prolong, the labour costs to increase and the transportation costs to be high.

The Turkish patent document no. TR2010/05643, an application in the state of the art, discloses a mobile concrete plant which has a wheeled structure, enables towing with a single towing vehicle and performing concrete production. A mixer, water weighing bunker, cement weighing bunker, holding bunker and additive bunker are provided on the said mobile concrete plant, and the installation is performed on the platform stand easily and quickly in a desired way by connecting the said parts onto the main chassis by means of joints and pins. It is disclosed in the said invention that the assembly of portable balconies, the stairs that allow access to the balcony, and the railings on this balcony that prevent falling is carried out during the on-site installation.

The Turkish patent document no. TR2008/07135, another application in the state of the art, discloses a concrete facility which enables to produce ready-mixed concrete with a production capacity of 30 m 3 /hour. In the said invention, it is ensured that the concrete plant is easily transported within a container or truck bed by performing the dimensional optimization thereof. The said invention discloses a concrete facility with an aggregate bunker which enables to store and weigh sand and gravel by stocking up, a mixer chassis which enables the mixture to be made by weighing the cement, at least one silo screw conveyor which enables the cement to be transmitted from the storage area wherein it is kept to the mixer, a control panel and a mixer. All components of the concrete plant are optimized in terms of dimension and they are made portable by means of 2 containers in 12- meters and 1 container in 6-meters.

Summary of the Invention

An objective of the present invention is to realize a portable concrete plant whereby an easily portable structure is obtained by integrating the carrier chassis of a mixer and the conveyor stands of a conveyor used for transfer purposes on a single chassis.

Another objective of the present invention is to realize a portable concrete plant whereby the on-site installation time is short, the labour costs are low, the transportation cost is low, it is put into operation on-site quickly, and a quick solution is provided for a customer demand. Another objective of the present invention is to realize a portable concrete plant whereby production time is shortened, and the costs are reduced.

Detailed Description of the Invention

“A Portable Concrete Plant with Compact Structure” realized to fulfil the objectives of the present invention is shown in the figures attached, in which:

Figure-1 is a perspective view of the inventive portable concrete plant with compact structure.

Figure-2 is a view of the inventive portable concrete plant with compact structure within a container.

The components illustrated in the figures are individually numbered, where the numbers refer to the following:

The inventive portable concrete plant (1) with compact and easily portable structure comprises: - at least one conveyor (2) whereby the aggregate received from at least one bunker (B) is carried;

- at least one scale group (3) which has a plurality of weighing elements for weighing the concrete content such as water, cement and additives separately;

- at least one mixer (4) whereby the aggregate carried with the conveyor (2) is conveyed; which is located at the bottom of the scale group (3); wherein the weighed concrete content is mixed, and the concrete is created;

- at least one platform (5) which surrounds at least one of the scale group (3) and the mixer (4), and has a detachable structure;

- at least one stairs which is used for ascending to the platform (5), and has a detachable structure; and

- at least one chassis (7) which has middle and rear stands (8) with a folding structure on its surface facing the ground; whereon at least one front leg (8) with a detachable structure is located; on which the conveyor (2), the scale group (3) and the mixer (4) are located together; and which is used for carrying purposes.

The inventive portable concrete plant (1) comprises at least one conveyor stand (9) which is located on the other end of the conveyor (2) and contacts with the ground when one end of the conveyor (2) is connected with the mixer (4) on the carrier chassis (7). In a preferred embodiment, the conveyor stand (9) is connected to the conveyor (2) by means of a detachable or foldable structure.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, there is a mixer (4) at one end of the conveyor (2) and a conveyor leg (9) at the other end thereof. In a preferred embodiment, the conveyor (2) extends outwards from the chassis (7) and the extending part thereof is fixed with the conveyor leg (9). The part of the conveyor (2) extending outwards from the frame (7) is connected to the chassis (7) by means of a joint configuration. Thus, it is ensured that the conveyor (2) occupies less volume by folding towards the frame (7) during the transportation. In the inventive portable concrete plant (1), the scale group (3) comprises three separate weighing elements whereby preferably the water, cement and additives to be mixed in the mixer (4) are weighed. At the bottom of the scale group (3), the mixer (4) wherein the water, cement and additives weighed by means of the weighing elements are mixed with the aggregate.

In the inventive portable concrete plant (1), the mixer (4) mixes the aggregate conveyed by means of the conveyor (2) and the concrete content conveyed from the scale group (4), prepares the concrete and comprises a discharge outlet for pouring the prepared concrete.

The platform (5) surrounds both the scale group (3) and the mixer (4). The platform (5) is connected to the part it surrounds by means of a demountable connection. Thus, it can be detached when it is desired to be carried by means of a container.

The stairs (6) is used for reaching the platform (5) surrounding the mixer (4). In a preferred embodiment, the stairs (6) is connected to the platform (5) by means of a demountable connection.

The carrier chassis (7) comprises 3 legs, namely foldable middle and rear stands (8) and a front stand (8) with a demountable structure. The conveyor (2), the scale group (3) and the mixer (4) are located on the carrier chassis (7) together. The part extending outwards and protruding from the carrier chassis (7) is fixed with the conveyor standd (9) depending on the length of the conveyor (2). The chassis (7) is formed by integrating the carrier body of the mixer (4) and the carrier connections of the conveyor (2) used for transfer purposes on a single structure.

The inventive portable concrete plant (1) fits into a container of 40 inches (76m 3 ) and easily transported due to the fact that the conveyor (2), the mixer (4) and the scale group (3) can be integrated on a single frame (7); the said conveyor (2) can fold towards the carrier chassis (7) by means of the proper jointed structure; the middle and the rear stands (8) of the carrier chassis (7) are foldable; and the front stand (8) thereof is detachable. During transportation inside the container, the platform (5) and the stairs (6) are removed from the part wherein they are connected by means of a detachable connection. After the container is transported to the desired location, the jointed connections are opened and the concrete plant (1) is put into service with the assembly of the detachable connections.

In the inventive portable concrete plant (1), the installation time is shortened and the labour costs are reduced due to the fact that the conveyor (2), the scale group (3) and the mixer (4) are located on the chassis (7) and the stands (8) of the chassis (7) and the conveyor (2) are connected to the chassis (7) by means of a joint. And this means that the concrete plant is quickly put into operation on-site and a quick solution is provided for a customer demand. Accordingly, transportation costs are low as well since transportation can be performed with a single container of 40 inches.

Within these basic concepts; it is possible to develop various embodiments of “A Portable Concrete Plant with Compact Structure”; the invention cannot be limited to the examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to the claims.
