Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention provides a portable device for measuring and displaying body temperature. The device may comprise: a sensor unit for measuring body temperature; a central processing unit connected to the sensor unit to process the measured body temperature; and a visual display unit for visually displaying an output processed by the central processing unit. One embodiment of the present invention notifies people in the vicinity of the normal/abnormal body temperature of a wearer by continually displaying a normal body temperature and an abnormal body temperature in different colors by means of the visual display unit, and can notify the wearer wearing the device that measurement of the body temperature needs to be performed again, even when the display color indicates a normal body temperature, by changing the display color into a color indicating an abnormal body temperature when predetermined time has elapsed.
