Abstract:
The present embodiment provides a portable information data transmitting device capable of storing at least one piece of information data, and transmitting, by using a plurality of light emitting elements, a visible light signal including a part or all of the information data to a display device positioned within a preset communication range, thereby enabling the information data to be more efficiently provided to a user.
