Abstract:
A portable microscope for detecting printed halftone dots, the microscope comprising a microscope main body (1) which is cylindrical in shape. A protective cover (2) is provided at a bottom end of the microscope main body (1), and two mounting plates (3) are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the microscope main body (1). A threaded rotating rod (4) is fixedly connected between the opposite sides of the two mounting plates (3), a gear (5) is arranged on the outer surface of the threaded rotating rod (4), and the outer surface of the microscope main body (1) is sleeved with a bearing (6). When the portable microscope for detecting printed halftone dots is used, a light supplementing effect is achieved by means of a provided pen lamp (12), and observation is thus convenient. When the light ray angle needs to be adjusted, by means of a provided gear ring (7) and by rotating said gear ring (7), the gear ring (7) drives a gear (5) to rotate, and the gear (5) drives the threaded rotating rod (4) to rotate, so that the threaded sleeve (8) moves in the vertical direction. The pen lamp (12) is driven to rotate by means of a hinged connecting rod (9), thereby changing the illumination angle, achieving the effect of convenient adjustment and facilitating observation by workers.
