Abstract:
The present invention relates to a portable miniature fluorescence microscope, comprising a first optical path and a second optical path, the first optical path has an excitation source at one end, and has an objective lens at the other end, an excitation element configured and arranged to guide excitation light to the objective lens is provided between the excitation source and the objective lens; the second optical path has an objective lens at one end, and an image acquisition device at the other end, an emission element configured and arranged to project fluorescent light received by the objective lens to the image acquisition device is provided between the objective lens and the image acquisition device; the objective lens is an aspheric lens; the emission element comprises a reflector, and the reflector is provided in front of the image acquisition device and is used for changing a light receiving position of the image acquisition device. The present invention maintains a small volume while ensuring a high-quality imaging effect, simplifies assembly and reduces costs, and ensures stability in use by means of a reasonable structural design, facilitating installation on the body of an experimental animal.
