Abstract:
A powder feeding system, comprising a frame, a mixer (1), a powder delivery system, a weighing module (4) and a control system (11), the powder delivery system comprising a pneumatic diaphragm pump (2), a storage tank (3), a servo motor (5) and a feeding blade (6); the pneumatic diaphragm pump (2) is mounted on the frame, a feeding end of the pneumatic diaphragm pump being connected to a material packaging bag or a packaging barrel (7), and a discharging end of the pneumatic diaphragm pump being connected to the storage tank (3), the storage tank (3) is placed on the weighing module (4), a lower part of the storage tank (3) is provided with the feeding blade (6) and the servo motor (5), a discharge port of the storage tank (3) is connected, through a tube, to a feeding port of the mixer (1), the feeding port of the mixer (1) is provided with a valve (10), the weighing module (4) is used for weighing the weight of the storage tank (3) and the weight data is transmitted to the control system (11), and the control system (11) comprises an operation touch screen and a PLC, the PLC controlling the rotational speed, the starting and stopping of the servo motor (5) and the opening and closing of the valve (10).
