Abstract:
A portable real-time gene analysis system having improved reaction efficiency, according to the present invention, comprises: a grinding unit (10); a gene extractor (30); and a real-time gene analyzer (40). According to the real-time gene analysis system of the present invention, consisting of a single device system integrated with a grinding unit, by reducing the reagent reaction time, the amplification time, and the time taken up to analysis and reading, the time for a series of processes of rapidly extracting DNA genetic material from a specimen, isolating a plurality of specific genes at once, and reading results from separated images, can be reduced, thus allowing quick performance on site.
