[Problem] To provide: a portable telephone that can release a keylock function in response to user intentions; and a method for releasing the keylock function. [Solution] The portable telephone (1) is provided with: a first display (11); a second display (21); a first touch sensor (12) that detects input to the first display (11); a second touch sensor (22) that detects input to the second display (21); a CPU (100) that sets and releases a keylock function that causes input to have no effect; and a memory (200) that records keylock function release conditions comprising a combination of an input detected by the first touch sensor (12) and an input detected by the second touch sensor (22). When the keylock function is set, the CPU (100) releases the keylock function of the first touch sensor (12) and/or the second touch sensor (22) when the input detected by the touch sensors (12, 22) matches the release conditions recorded in the memory (200).
