Abstract:
A position detection device and a signal processing device thereof, the position detection device comprises a sensor body, a stainless steel cover (708, 713), a sealing device and an housing. The sensor body comprises a magnetic steel ring (703, 715), a magnetizing ring (704, 712) and magnetic induction elements (702, 710); the magnetizing ring (704, 712) is mounted on the outer wall of the stainless steel cover (708, 713), the magnetic induction elements (702, 710) are held in the gaps of the magnetizing ring (704, 712); the magnetic steel ring (703, 715) fixed on the shaft of a motor lies in the cavity of the stainless steel cover (708, 713). When the magnetic steel ring (703, 715) rotates relative to the magnetizing ring (704, 712), the magnetic induction elements (702, 710) translate the inducted magnetic signal into a voltage signal and convert the voltage signal to the signal processing device.
