Abstract:
It is hoped that even in a situation where a flying body does not has a positioning function or the positioning precision is low, the position of the flying body can still be measured. A position estimation apparatus comprises a processing part which carries out processing related to the existence position of the flying body. The processing part obtains multiple photographed images obtained by multiple photographing apparatuses for the flying body, obtains deployment positions of the photographing apparatuses and information about photographing orientations of the photographing apparatuses, calculates error scores of errors between assumed positions and the existence position of the flying body on the basis of the deployment positions of the photographing apparatuses, photographing orientations of the photographing apparatuses, the assumed positions of the flying body in an actual space, and image positions of the flying body in the photographed images, and estimates the existence position of the flying body in the actual space on the basis of the error scores.
