Abstract:
A position estimation device 1 includes radio communication units 1-1 through 1-R each of which receives a radio signal transmitted from a radio communication unit of a fixed terminal and obtains, from the radio signal, channel information regarding radio wave propagation, an input feature amount generation unit 1-2 that converts the channel information into an input feature amount that can be input to a position estimation model, and a position estimation model utilization unit 1-3 that calculates and estimates the position of a position estimation target by inputting the input feature amount into the position estimation model that is obtained by modeling, by machine learning, a relationship between the channel information regarding the radio wave propagation and positional information on the position estimation target located in the same environment as the fixed terminal.
