Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is a positionable assembly tool for a rotor carbon fiber sheath, comprising a support, a press, a press sleeve assembly, a guide sleeve, a rotor, a carbon fiber sheath, a positioning sleeve, a displacement sensor and a control module. The bottom end of the rotor is inserted into the support, the positioning sleeve is coaxially sleeved at the lower end of the rotor, and the top side of the positioning sleeve is externally connected to a stopper, which is provided with the displacement sensor; the guide sleeve is coaxially sleeved on the top end of the rotor; the top end of a press sleeve upper component touches the bottom of the press, a press sleeve middle component is fixedly connected to the press sleeve upper component and the press sleeve lower component, the press sleeve lower component is sleeved on the carbon fiber sheath, and the carbon fiber sheath is sleeved on the guide sleeve; a monitoring boss is provided at the bottom of the press sleeve lower component; the displacement sensor detects information about the distance between the monitoring boss and the stopper; and the control module controls the starting and stopping of the press according to the information. The present utility model uses a displacement sensor to detect, in real time, position information about the press-in of a tool into a rotor, so as to avoid the problem that a carbon fiber sheath is damaged due to the continuous press-in of the sheath into the rotor.
