Abstract:
A positioning apparatus for welding of a spring disc of a shock absorber for an automobile, comprising a base (1). A positioning platform (2) is provided on the base (1). The positioning platform (2) comprises a reference plate (201), a positioning plate (202), and six actuating cylinders (203) with both ends respectively connected to the reference plate (201) and the positioning plate (202) by means of universal hinges. The reference plate (201) is fixed on the base (1). The positioning plate (202) has six degrees of freedom with respect to the reference plate (201), and the location thereof can be adjusted by means of the actuating cylinders (203). A passage hole (2021) allowing an oil storage cylinder (7) to pass through is formed in the positioning plate (202), and correspondingly, an oil storage cylinder axial positioning column (3) is provided on the base (1). The upper end of the oil storage cylinder axial positioning column (3) is provided with an axial positioning step (301) matching the inner diameter of the oil storage cylinder (7). A spring disc circumferential positioning column (204) is provided on the positioning plate (202). The positioning apparatus has good flexibility and high versatility, can be adapted to the welding of spring discs of shock absorbers of different specifications, and is high in positioning precision and good in welded product consistency.
