Abstract:
A positioning device applicable to steel rail on-line milling work, comprising a lower support seat (14), the lower support seat (14) being connected to an upper support seat (15); a vertical feeding base (5) is mounted on the upper support seat (15), and a front support seat (11) and a rear support seat (6) are mounted on the vertical feeding base (5); the rear support seat (6) is also connected to a detection rod (2), and a gas cylinder (3), a length meter (4), a spring mechanism (12), a signal shaft (13), an out-of-range inductive switch (10) and a work induction switch (16) are distributed on the front support seat (11); the detection rod (2) is connected to the gas cylinder (3), the length meter (4), the spring mechanism (12), and the signal shaft (13); and a positioning and risk-avoiding method applicable to steel rail on-line milling work. The positioning device employs a plurality of rolling wheels as walking portions of the positioning device on a steel rail top surface, sufficiently supporting a milling unit sliding quickly on a steel rail surface, preventing the positioning device from scratching the steel rail surface and producing vibrations, being capable of effectively monitoring changes in the wave crest and wave trough of the steel rail top surface, and rolling wheel abrasion being slow, which may reduce maintenance costs for the positioning device.
