Abstract:
A positioning device and system. The positioning device comprises: a base (5) on which a rotating member is provided; a carrier (6) provided on the base (5) by means of the rotating member; a first driving mechanism (7) used for applying a force to the carrier (6) from a first side (61) of the carrier (6); and a second driving mechanism (8) used for applying a force to the carrier (6) from a second side (62) of the carrier (6). When under force, the carrier (6) applies a force to the rotating member, and the rotating member rotates in situ to drive the carrier (6) to move; when moving to a first preset position, the carrier (6) is used for carrying an energy storage cabinet during a production process of a battery energy storage production line.
