Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of heavy-duty electric trucks. Disclosed are a positioning device and a truck. The positioning device comprises positioning pins provided on positioning pin mounts of a battery swapping base, positioning holes provided on positioning hole mounts of a battery frame, and buffering assemblies. The positioning pins are inserted into the positioning holes; the buffering assemblies are provided between the positioning pin mounts and the positioning pins and/or between the positioning pins and the positioning hole mounts and/or on the positioning pins, such that if a hole spacing deviation is present between the battery frame and the battery swapping base, the hole spacing deviation is counteracted by means of the buffering assemblies, and if the battery frame and the battery swapping base move relatively, the buffering assemblies provide buffering and shock absorption in the radial direction of the positioning pins. In the positioning device, the buffering assemblies can prevent the positioning pins from moving relatively in the radial direction in the positioning holes, so as to prevent the positioning pins from impacting or colliding with the inner walls of the positioning holes and ensure the precision of matching between the positioning pins and the positioning holes, thereby improving the reliability of an entire battery swapping system.
