Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and discloses a positioning information reporting method, a device, and a communication system. A terminal device receives positioning reference signals from one or more access network devices; then one or more positioning measurement results and line of sight (LOS) state information corresponding to the one or more positioning measurement results, separately, i.e., positioning measurement information, are determined on the basis of the positioning reference signals, and the positioning measurement information is sent to a service access network device; and the service access network device forwards the positioning measurement information to a positioning server. The LOS state information fed back by the terminal device may indicate whether the positioning measurement results are LOS or non-line of sight (NLOS); after obtaining the positioning measurement results, the positioning server may know, according to the LOS state information corresponding to the positioning measurement results, which positioning measurement results are reliable; and when the positioning server clearly knows which positioning measurement results are reliable, the position of the terminal device can be accurately determined.
