Abstract:
A positioning mechanism (100) and a positioning method. The positioning mechanism is used for positioning an optical element to an optical mechanism, the optical element is carried on a carrying portion (110), and the carrying portion (110) is provided with a plurality of measurement points (111). The positioning mechanism (100) comprises a reference portion (200), a connection portion (150), a sliding mechanism (300), and first, second and third adjustment members (120, 130, and 140). When in use, the carrying portion (110) carrying the optical element is connected to the connection portion (150), and the reference portion (200) is attached to the optical mechanism; a three-dimensional coordinate system is established; firstly, the position of the carrying portion (110) in a first direction (X) is adjusted by means of the first adjustment member (120) until a first distance relationship is satisfied; then, the position of the carrying portion (110) in a second direction (Y) is adjected by means of the second adjustment member (130) until a second distance relationship is satisfied; and then, the position of the carrying portion (110) in a third direction (Z) is adjusted by means of the third adjustment member (140) until a third distance relationship is satisfied. The accuracy is ensured, the operation convenience is improved, and the production capacity can be increased in a non-production line processing mode.
