Abstract:
Provided are a positioning method and a positioning device. The positioning method comprises: extracting a radio feature of a target environment by a base station; based on the extracted radio feature, determining the target environment as an outdoor environment or an indoor environment; and using a positioning algorithm corresponding to the determined target environment to perform a positioning operation on a user terminal in the target environment.
