Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of magnetic suspension motor shafts, in particular to a positioning tooling of a magnetic suspension motor shaft, a motor rotor and an assembly method. The tooling comprises a plurality of positioning blocks and clamps, wherein each positioning block comprises a positioning block body and positioning bulges, the positioning block body is in an arc shape, and two positioning bulges are located on an inner side of the arc of the positioning block body; each positioning bulge is provided with a positioning surface, and the inscribed circle diameter of the positioning surfaces of the two positioning bulges is the same as the diameter of magnetic steel; one end of the positioning surface in the axial direction is configured to attach to an outer surface of a front main shaft or a rear main shaft, and the other end of the positioning surface is configured to attach to an outer surface of the magnetic steel or a magnetism isolating ring; and the plurality of positioning blocks are distributed in a circumferential direction, and the clamps sleeve outer side surfaces of the plurality of positioning blocks and are used for clamping the plurality of positioning blocks. According to the tooling, a positioning part of the positioning tooling is added, and the positioning precision during assembly of the motor shaft is increased.
