Abstract:
The present application provides a positive electrode active material and a preparation method therefor, a positive electrode sheet, a secondary battery, a battery module, a battery pack, and an electrical apparatus. The positive electrode active material comprises a core containing LimAxMn1- yByP1-zCzO4-nDn, a first coating layer containing crystalline pyrophosphates LiaMP2O7 and/or Mb(P2O7)c and coating the core, a second coating layer containing an oxide M'dOe and coating the first coating layer, and a carbon-containing third coating layer coating the second coating layer. The positive electrode active material of the present application can reduce the generation of Li/Mn antisite defects, reduce manganese dissolution, reduce a lattice change rate, increase the capacity of a secondary battery, and improve the cycle performance, high-temperature storage performance and safety performance of the secondary battery.
