A positive electrode composition comprising a conductive material, an active material, a binding material, a conductive material-dispersing agent, and a liquid medium, wherein the conductive material comprises carbon black and carbon nanotubes, the conductive material-dispersing agent comprises at least two kinds of dispersing agent having different SP values, and the BET specific surface area of the carbon black is 100-500m2/g.
