Abstract:
The present invention relates to a post-curing method of a 3D printout and a transparent orthodontic appliance manufactured thereby, wherein it is possible to remove residual resin in a printout produced by 3D printing, to reduce curing time through improvement of curing speed by a post-curing process, and to produce a printout with improved strength and increased transparency. In addition, when a transparent orthodontic appliance is manufactured, the resin on the surface is removed through a post-curing process, the strength is improved, the transparency is excellent, an unreacted monomer can be removed, and a shape memory characteristic may be exhibited wherein the transparent orthodontic appliance is restored to an initial printed-out shape thereof by applying heat.
