Abstract:
A posterior drug-loaded microsphere, a drug loading method, a drug loading device, and a use. The posterior drug-loaded microsphere comprises a housing and at least one through hole, wherein a cavity is formed inside the housing, and the at least one through hole penetrates through the housing and is in communication with the cavity to form a channel which allows a drug liquid to enter the cavity from the outside or be released from the cavity to the outside, the number and aperture of the through holes are designed according to the dosage and release speed of a loaded drug, the size of the posterior drug-loaded microsphere is designed to be suitable for injection or implantation into an animal body, and the drug liquid is not present in the cavity. The drug loading capacity is expanded by using a hollow cavity of the posterior drug-loaded microsphere. The size is larger than that of the capillary blood vessel, so that the drug is fixed outside of the blood vessel and does not enter the blood vessel, thereby enhancing surgical safety. Utilizing an injection or implantation mode for treatment outside or within blood vessels is beneficial for treating conditions such as angiogenesis and brain cancer. Simple drug loading is achieved, which is advantageous for on-site drug loading during a surgery.
