Title:
POTABLE OXYGEN SATURATED WATER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2009/007758
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The innovation lies in the POTABLE OXYGEN SATURATED WATER in the amount from 100 mg to 300 mg of oxygen per litre of drinking water, which is several times more than the amount of oxygen dissolved in water from the air. Coiled bottles are filled with the potable oxygen saturated water in the volume of 250 ml, 330 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml, 2000 ml, and 19000 ml. By consuming the potable oxygen saturated water, the additional amount of oxygen is taken into organism, on top of the amount we obtain by breathing the air or drinking the water containing naturally dissolved air. By allowing ourselves such additional intake of oxygen, we gently but efficiantly influence the neutralization of the body pH, accelerate the burning of fat and the organism detoxification, which altogether leads to the overall physical and emotional health improvement of the invention's users. At present, the market lacks such a product which would be available to the consumers in need of the extra oxygen intake, for example athletes, people exposed to physical and emotional strain, and generally to all in need of the additional oxygen intake for the various health reasons.

Description:

POTABLE OXYGEN SATURATED WATER

DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

The innovation lies in a potable oxygen saturated drinking water which is saturated with oxygen in much larger amount than the oxygen would normally be dissolved in drinking water from the surrounding air; plastic, glass or metal containers/bottles/dished are filled; and refferes to the field classifed as A according to the international classification (MKP).

Technical problem

(in order to find the solutions, patent priority is requested)

The air is becoming more and more polluted, especially in the cities, and green fields as natural resources of oxygen are in constant decrease. This leads to a gradual reduction of the amount of oxygen in the air, compared to the standard volume of cca 21 %. On the other hand, the fast lane we live in today, our diet and reduced amount of time spent in the fresh air, as well as unsatisfactory working conditions, and other unsatisfactory life conditions in general, regarding damaging consequences on one's health, often lead not only to emotional stress and various illnesses caused by the latter, but also to insufficient detoxifications of our organism and the incrrease in the body pH, such as lactic acid in the muscles after the physical strain, insufficient burningof fat, and developement of anaerobic viruses, bacteria and fungi. The increased oxygen intake in one's organism in thelarger amount to the one we obtain by breathing or by drinking water that unavoidingly contains a certain amount of oxygen dissoved from the air, leads to the fact that our red blood corpuscles overtake this additional oxygen and transport it futher into the tissue. In this way the toxins are eliminated from the body much faster, acid neutralisation in the organism is more sufficient, fat burning is accelerated, and anaerobic viruses, bacteria, and fungi have little or no chance to survive in such oxygen- enriched environment. The technical problem lies in finding the solution for everybody to have an easy access to such increased oxygen intake, with no extra measures needed as in, for example, breathing in the oxygen from the bottles under pressure in case of mountain climbing at great altitudes, with hospital and health-related treatements, scuba-diving etc.

Technical situation/At present, the only technical solutions available (account and analysis of the known solutions to the defined technical problem)

Nowadays, technical situation regarding the oxygen intake in the amount larger than that we can obtain by breathing the air or by drinking the water in which air has been dissolved, strictly comes down to taking in the oxygen from the bottles with compressed oxygen, with additional controlling devices, such as devices for measuring blood pressure, a regulation valve and a mask for brathing in the oxygen. Therefore, there is not yet a simple, commonly accessible solution of how to take in larger amounts of oxygen into one's organisma than the one we get by breathing the air or by drinking the water which contains dissolved air - without using the oxygen compressed bottles.

Comparative explanation of the invention's essence (given in such a way that the technical problem and its solution are easily grasped, that the point where the technical innovation of the invetion lies regarding the earlier technical situation is made)

Primary goal of the invetion is to be commonly accesible, and to simplify the way of taking into one's organism larger amounts of oxygen than those we obtain by breathing the air or by drinking the water which contains dissolved air - which has not yet been done by the present technical offer of potable water.

Secondary goal of the invention is to obtain the level 100 mg - 300 mg oxygen per litre of drinking water, by consuming the potable water saturated with oxygen.

Potable water saturated with oxygen, according to the invention, consists of drinking water that is saturated with oxygen in much larger amount that that dissolved in water by natural absorption from air (max 43 mg/1 at 20 C and 1 bar), and it comes in the appropirate plastic, glass or metal container/bottle/dish, with a practical opener of the container/bottle/dish which keeps the water from losing the oxygen from the container/bottle/dish during the process of storage and the distribution to users.

A brief account of the drawing

For the full grasp of the invention no drawing is necessary!

A detailed description of at least on way of how the invention can come to realization

The description of one way in which the invention can come to realization is given and explained in the comparative explanation of the invention's essence.

One way in which the invention can come to realization is by filling plastic bottles (with a coil) (250 ml) on a regular line or by a regular device for production of fizzy drinks, with 250 ml healthy drinking water saturated with oxygen from 100 mg/1 to - 300 mg/1. That is several times more (cca 15 to 50 times) than the amount of the oxygen dissolved in the water due to the absorption from the air.

How to use the invention

This invention allows the consumtion of the potable oxygen saturated water as well as the intake of the larger amount of oxygen than that we obtain by breathing the air or drinking the water containing a certain amount of naturally dissolved oxygen from the air. Therefore we could achieve all the positive effects listed in the Technical problem section, i.e. we could meet the solutions of the problems by consuming this innovative product in the form of the potable oxygen saturated water, which would be easily accesible to everybody as a regular merchendice in shops, and at the available price. The best and the most economic know-how for the usage of the invention, according to the inventor, would be to saturate with oxygen the drinking water that has been previously tested and confermed by the given authority.

Other ways to use the invention would be to saturate all the drinking products with oxygen, which would not change their content due to the chemical reaction between the drinking products and oxygen.
