Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of geopolymer additives, and provides a potassium aluminosilicate nanogel precursor additive and an application thereof in a low-calcium system geopolymer. The structure of the potassium aluminosilicate nanogel precursor additive provided by the present invention is a high-activity potassium aluminosilicate short-chain structure, which is a precursor of the low-calcium system geopolymer; the chemical composition comprises K2O, SiO2, and Al2O3; the molar ratio of K/Si is 1.0-4.0; and the molar ratio of Al/Si is 0.25-1.5. The potassium aluminosilicate nanogel precursor additive provided by the present invention is added to a matrix material of the low-calcium system geopolymer, which can effectively optimize the hydration process of the low-calcium system geopolymer such as metakaolin, balance the internal reaction, and improve the pore structure, thereby improving mechanical properties. The problems that the low-calcium system geopolymer is harsh in maintenance condition, uneven in hydration reaction and not up to standard in mechanical properties are effectively solved; and a feasible solution is provided for application of the low-calcium system geopolymer.
