Abstract:
This pouch container is formed by providing a gas filling space therein, and can be produced at high production efficiency. A pouch container 1A has a gas filling space 50 provided therein, and comprises a first wall part 20, a second wall part 12, and a seal part 62 formed by joining the respective edges of the first wall part 20 and the second wall part 12. The first wall part 20 includes a first tongue-like part 20a protruding outward from the edge thereof; and the second wall part 12 includes a second tongue-like part 12a protruding outward from the edge thereof and overlapping the first tongue-like part 20a. The protruding length of the second tongue-like part 12a is greater than that of the first tongue-like part 20a. A gas injection part 70 is provided by respectively joining both widthwise ends of the first tongue-like part 20a and the second tongue-like part 12a so as to form an injection port 71 communicating with the gas filling space 50; the injection port 71 is regulated by the tip of the first tongue-like part 20a in the protruding direction and the second tongue-like part 12a at a portion facing said tip.
