Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pouch molding apparatus, which may minimize wrinkles around a cup part by means of a second stripper uniformly and strongly pressing a pouch film around the position of molding the cup part of the pouch film to thereby prevent cracks or breaks that may occur due to wrinkles, and may achieve space efficiency in the cup part by improving molding quality to thereby maximize energy density. The pouch molding apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises: a die plate that is formed in the form of a flat plate so that the pouch film is seated on the upper portion thereof, and has a cup part molding hole penetrating the upper and lower surfaces thereof; a first stripper that presses and fixes the pouch film on the upper portion of the die plate and has a punch hole penetrating the upper and lower surfaces thereof at a position corresponding to the cup part molding hole; a punch part that enters and exits the punch hole of the first stripper and the cup part molding hole of the die plate so as to mold the pouch film; and the second stripper that is provided to protrude from a lower surface of the first stripper and is provided along the circumference of the punch hole so as to press and fix the pouch film.
